LG LED HD TV No 42LW4500
As Per LG technician Left speaker damaged

No audio clarity. LG technician reports us as left speaker is damaged. we purchased this LED TV only 8 days before we complaint as its sound system is not working. RDRL & LG sold us a defective TV Set. we don't want to repair it or replace it, as we feel cheated. complaint no-RNA120408001799. please advice me about the solution. LG technician spoke rudely to us. we contacted to Mr. nilesh ghotekar PH NO-9930362572 also he wasn't responding well. also Reliance Digital Retail Ltd, Vashi from where I purchased this TV Set. RDRL is not taking any responsibility. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
