Purchase LED on a deal of LED Bluray player free

Hello Sir,

My Name is Omkar Bhave. I purchased LED on a deal of LED Bluray player free from Kalpana's Enterprise Raopura. This deal is floated by LG on 42" LEDs. i purchased LE4600 Model of Jazz Series on 20th Feb. at the time of payment dealer did not specify that bluray players are out of stock once we made the payment & asked for Player he said that we will get it in 7-10 days as there is shortage in LG and they do not have stock... after that im continuously contacting my Dealer as well as LG costumer care but they are not responding. now its 1 month & i still don't have Bluray player.

i request you to take necessary action & help me get my player ASAP.
