LG Micowave MC2881 SUP
Defective Model Provided

I bought a LG Microwave - MC2881 SUP, from Rahul Electronics, Goregaon west on 23/04. However the product door bears scratches. I was shocked to hear from LG service engineer that these are Thermocol scratches and the door will be replaced. If i want to buy a scratched microwave, i would 've bought a low end second hand product. Inspite of paying such a huge amount of Rs. 12750/- for the product I have to be satisfied with microwave which requires a repair (change of door) without me using it for once. Really bad experience buying LG product. First of all the engineer did not co-operate with timings for demo visit, then the customer service number when contacted remains busy since ages, then the product for which i paid my hard earned money comes with defect and then the service engineers tells us you have to live with the defective piece. Never faced this issue with any other brand products which i am using, but buying a LG is a nightmare with all kind of mental trouble & harrasment.
