Micro oven are not working

I have purchased one microoven (LG) from your anandamala show room. This appliances has good and satisfactory service, there is no dout. But problem is that last 7 days this appliances does not working, when the power supplying is normal. I would request you either to send your service engineer to chek the defective or faulty section.
