LG microwave
Free items given are Bad/defective

I have bought an LG microvave oven from Big Bazaar, Banashankari 3rd stage, bangalore in the month of October. Firstly, it took them more than 2 weeks to deliver the items to my house - after making the full patment on the very day of booking.

After that, I was given a few free items (microwavable plastic utensils). The handle of one of them just melted in the first use. I could not go at once as I went to UK for the month of Nov/Dec 09. I went back to Big bazaar yesterday asking them what can be done - they just denied saying they dont take any responsibility of free items (I did not understand why??). After a bit of conversation, I was told I should call the LG customer care for this. The person I talked to in Big bazaar is Mr. Pawan Ghowthra.

LG customer care denied saying it is not us giving the free items (but it is written in the box containing the free items that they are free only with "LG" microwave with Convection).

Now, I dont know where to go. I dont know who should be held responsible. But a customer should not be treated this way. I have no other options now but to come to you. Please help me out in however way you can.
