I wish to inform you that i have made many complaints for my micro-wave which is having some noice problem due to defect in some inner part. After filing the complaint 3-4 times a sales person visited but was not able to rectified the defect, and use to make fault comments by saying that he will visit again with his supervisor but not came till date. I want to draw your attention that after filling so much complaints i am not able to get any positive response now what i should do in this case. I want your help in this case. Please do the needful.
