Regarding repair of microwave

We had Purchased Microwave Convection (808 WAR) from your company on date- 19/10 and S/ N is 610ABNU004359.

We had called your service manager for repairing the product on 28/09 but he told that it can not be repair because company has stoped making product and spare part.

As we had purchased this product just before 4 years, we dont feel that you can stop making spare part of that and if it has done then you have to replace the product and provide us a new product.

We belief that LG is one of the most Reputed Company which can provide one of the best service in the Industry. So. Kindly solve our problem soon.
