I complained on 16th august11 towards the tampered door and turn table plate which is not revolving. Engineer Mr Amit visited on 17th, but till date i have not received any feedback.

I have spoken to customer care thrice and to Mr Amit but only promising anwers are the one we could get.

I also spoke to his senior but to no avial. Not only this i am communicating with lg service continously but they are not bothered. I just get regret mails.

I was given the number of Mr Sumit Bajaj, branch service manager but he is not taking the calls.

My complain number is RNA110816045907. Also note that I have availaed three year warrnaty service as well. Form no. HLP HC03704 and serial number 901DRDQ000394. th e same is in my husbands name Mr Ravinder Singh.

I have been told that door and the rubber ring is not available as such they need time but its hysterical as such pleae look into the matter on priority.
