The rotating glass self of my LG microwave Model ;-MG607APR was broken while transit. About this, i have informed your LG service at Rourkela to replace it with applicable cost about 40 days back.

But it is still not complied with. It is really frustrating.

I have to now think twice wheather to go for a new LG make lED TV this festival.

please help
