Manufacturing defects

I am very regret to inform you that I had purchase a LG Microwave Model No.4048 GW Sl. No.009DRHC028557 from M/s. Radhika, Dibrugarh on 20.12.10. But unfortunately the set is manufacturing defected. Several time your service team and dealer’s people came to my residence for correcting the defects but no one can rectify the defects.

After that the LG Service centre Dibrugarh (Assam) told me that this set will be replaced by the Company but till date nothing has been done.

Kindly help me regarding this.
