FOOD NOT GETTING HEATED

Food items not getting heated although the motor and indicator is working. The local servicing engineer was contacted over mobile no.9937094501 but not attending. Request to persue him to attend early. Since both (my wife) of us are working, microwave is a life line for us.without this our time is getting wasted.

The model no. is MC2681DS and dt.of purchase is 7/10.

An early response to attend the problem will be highly appreciated.
