Dear sir

I have bought a microwave machine in FEB and has been giving problems like transformer issues, switching off immediately and not getting warmed up.. I had lodged a complaint as recently as on 17/1 (C1011316593). LG service agent visits and informs thre is no issue every time. Once after constant nagging, he was forced by us to replace a transformer.
