Epeated complain not attended

Sir,

I take this opportunity to bring to your notice that inspite of repeated complains for repairing of the microwave that is being used by me and my collegues is not been attended to. This microwave was purchased in may last year (Model No. - MH-6349EB), its beeing used by few Bachelors inside Air Force campus in mysore. As advised by few of my seniors i went for this brand of electronics, but it turned out to be ugly in a way that no one in LG cares onces the equipment is sold. i have been running around the dealer (Girias Electronics, Mysore) to get oven repaired but its been all in vain. around 25 days back a gentelman came from your service center and noted down few Sl. Nos and said that some parts need to be replaced and he will get it done within three days... but thanks to your speedy reddressal procedure i am still to here from that efficient technician of yours. Mr. Arun (Mob No. 9986347992) of Girias Electronics have been playing tricks for a month or so. yesterday itself i gave him a call and told the same problem and requested to give him a day to sort out the issue but i guess his day consists of more than 24 Hrs coz till now even he didn't turned up.

Moreover i am afraid that the warranty period is expiring in May so i guess your guys at the Service Center are playing smart and thus they would charge for the replaced part.

I dont know if this is standard practice at LG or there is some specific problem in mysore area, whatever may be the case but your are surely loosing your long time customer satisfaction ratio and it takes a life time to build it and a moment to ruin.

I hope to see some correctional steps fro your side or else i will definitely approach consumer court which will further deplete your goodwill in the market once the news comes out in local papers and i will make sure that it happens coz i am really fed up of your staff.

You have a Caption that says ' Life's Good (LG) ' but let me tell you i feel that ' Life's Gone ' once you purchase any LG appliance.
