LG Microwave Oven
Product sent for reparing has not come back even after 4 months

Dear Sir/ Madam

I bought a Microwave oven from SALES India in the month of Nov and in the very first month it started created problem and So I had to lodged a complaint to the customer care dated 30 Jan it was immediatley followed by Digital customer care at Ahmedabad and they took the oven for repairing and since then I didn't heard any positive response from DIgital care. After putting several efforts and talking to LG customer care I came to know that it is possible to repair that oven and they replace the same. I was asked to submit the ID proof, which i did promptly even then nothing moved on and after contacting them they told me that they will refund me the money which again has not done yet. consequently I have no option but to take a legal action against the company.

I am going to consumer court to resolve this matter, and I will demand compansetion against the trouble I suffered.
