Microwave Not Working

I am sending Emails and making phone calls since last Nov. One of their service technician came to my house and made some adjustment in the oven. He collected Rs.275-00 and left. From the next day onwards it is not working. This has informed the company by mail. After few days another company representative came to me and promised to contact after two days. No response after that. This has also been reported to the company. Now everybody is silent in spite of my repeated mails. When I contacted their Branch Service Manager at Cochin he promised to do the service immediately.
