Dear Sir,

During last 6 (six) months, I have requested several times to your Customer Care Service at Jorhat (Assam) and also at Guwahati over telephone for repairing my LG Microwave Oven (Model No. MG-396WA) which I have purchased about 3 (Three) yeas back. The same is not repaired till date. Therefore I earnestly request to you to do the needful so that the same may repaired at an early date
