Non refund of Amc refund

My Name is Balaji Bharadwaaj M

I recently put AMC for microwave oven for Rs.3500 (LG). As per their company norms if they are unable to replace parts, the company would refund the entire AMC within 45 days. The service personnel are yet to refund the amount. 8 months have passed and no information is provided. And when i try calling the personnel they are not responding to the call properly..
