Supplied Damaged Oven & not giving replacement

Under Invoice No. 87399 dated 28-01, I purchased LG Microwave Oven from Sales India, Drive in Road. Service Engineer reported on 01-02 that it was a defective piece and replacement is necessary. One senior engineer visited on 03-02, took photographs and left. In spite of many phone calls to the Customer Care Dept. of Sales India, there is NO ACTION in the matter.
