Dear Sir

I have purchased an LG OVEN MODEL NO - MC 7148MS On 31st oct. Since than it has been repaired thrice but still it is not working. Your executive now and than comes without solving the problem.

Did I have done some wrong by purchasing a reputed brand with this kind of horrible service? I have told the executive to ask for the replacement as all the major component of the oven being replaced with new one. Its Only 40 days I have purchased it, I don’t know what will happen after my warranty expires. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.
