Repaired the mini music system on 5/11, replaced CD RAM & charged Rs 1450/- for the servicing with six month warranty for the same part. But attended complaint after 15 days for the same problem. Mr Om prakash the service technician, told that no replcement cost will be there within six months from date of previous replacement. Again demanding same amount for replacing same part after 4 months.(on 02/04).the service technician Mr. JAI PRAKASH (J.P)

L G Service centre incharge at Andheri (East) office, Mr. Shiva misbehaved with consumer on 12/04.and challanged that you are free to complain anywhere.
