I did not get my mob from service centre from one month

Dear sir/ madam

i bought a new mobile of lg 6210 and i found that my memory card is not working properly so i go to service centre but i did not get the mob even all the time i went there they told that wait one week more they dont have PCB but if i buy a mob. for use then it should be with me if there is ur manufacturing fault then u should take care of that if i did not get my mobile in running position otherwise i will go to consumer court file the case pls give me a favourable reply asap my mobile no. is 9871047601 i hope i will get the favorable reply asap
