my name is saikumar and i recently bought an lg kg 195 mobile for the mobile store at secunderabad on 14/06.from the day of purchase the handset resulting into a worthless box. They were many problems regarding the IMEI, EARPHONE and KEYPAD etc.so i kindly request you to rectify my problem within few days by means of replacing this mobile or by taking consumer act.
