Mobile not working properly

Dear sir/madam,

i purchased a lg mobile (model-gs102) from ludhiana on 26 june.it started giving me problem after a week

the problem was with alarm. i went to lg service centre phagwara 2 times. but i am not happy with their service because they have no equipments for service.even they have no mobile data wire.and now they are playing with me two weeks ago they said to me change the plate but yet they not changend the plate.they have given me time but not change the plate.the company said that the battery back up time, stand by time is 30 days butsometimes it goes down in one day without using so i am very disapointedwith lg . so plz help me
