Misbehaved by service center employee

My name is Imtiaz Hossain and today one of the lg mobile service center employee misbehaved with me. I need to know why Co spend so much money on customer when they cannot give service to customer what is the use of service center and how come they give licence to this kind of service center without any training how to behave to the customer are we slave of the Co or their service center
