New phone is not working properly

I had bought a new LG handset GT 505. I have got it repaired thrice from the lg service center within a span of few months from the date of purchase. again the same problem has occurred. My phone is deposited at the service center job sheet no RNA110611047361with the same problem again. I would like to raise the issue and i want my handset to be replaced as soon as possible because i am really fed up with all this. also i think it is against the goodwill of the company as a new handset has to be repaired every month and the service center people also can't do it properly.
