Delay in repairing

I have given my mobile handset model lg p520 for the problem of touch pad not working properly on 30/06 till the date it has not repaired and still they are saying it will take 3-4 days more to avail the spares they have given me stand by hand set for use but i m not satisfied with it.

I request you to resolve my complain as early as possible or replace me for new one
