Keypad layer coming out one by one

I purchased one LG mobile phone model KP 199 in the year November. Now it is out ow warranty. The problem is the inferior material used in Keypad layer which is eroding day by day. While contacted at service center at Bokaro, the charge told is around Rs.400 which is too much. Please help me and do the justice.
