I have purchased a LG Mobile item LG GD 510 item no 8808992009498, lot no 359929033838274 from M/S Cellucom Retail India Private Limited, Shipra Mall Shop no 33 Indrapuram, Gaziabad 201202 against Invoice no 215239282 dt17.04.10 for Rs 7055/-

The product is found to be defective. I have approached the shop. He is not entertain the complaint and is not willing to replace the defective one with the new piece or refund me the money.

Please initiate proper action or guide me for the action so that I am compensated for the loss. I am suffering in the daily work for want of a mobile and like that I am compensated immediately or get a new piece is given in lieu of the defective piece immediately.
