Non -availability of parts

I Have complained regarding my handset KM501 to the authorised service centre Shri Balaji Communications 2 months ago. I bought the handset in Nov '08 and it is out of warranty. the speaker of the phone is not working properly and gives a hissing sound or none at all. They kept the handset for a week and then on payment gave me back saying that it was alright. But the complaint persisted. they further told me that there is some part by the name "Flexi" which needs to be changed. Its been 2 months now and on repeated requests to the Branch Sales Manager Mr Vishal (who doesn't pick up his phone apart from the first time when he had promised to revert back to me after hearing my complaint) and the Service Centre I am not given any reply at all. Kindly address my problem.
