I bought an LG S5200 mobile handset spending Rs. 9000 but after one year i found its battery not working. So I bought a battery by paying Rs. 700. After another year, the battery again failed. I searched a lot (Whole Kolkata & Durgapur of West Bengal) but couldn't find a battery. When complained to LG Customer Care through e-mail, they just washed off their hands by replying with that they stopped producing that handset/battery. Please help.
