Poor Product Quality

I have a LG Microvawe Oven. This was purchased around 2 yrs back. Since the time we bought it, we are facing problem with it every month and the same was brought to the notice of the cmpany but they repaired it everytime on our cost. After some time I got so much habitual to the problems that I was facing, I bought a AMC against the same. Now, even after getting the repair done so many times, its giving us problem every month and there is no end to it. I feel like throwing it in the drain and get rid of it, because as per company, even if its a faulty machine, they will not replace it. (Because its against their company policy)
