I have booked a complaint with LG regarding LCD TV the complaint number is RNA120111008977 there engineer visited suggested a part replacement by Monday but still it is not replaced I have already called the customer care 1000 and speak every one in LG customer server in last 15 days and still my complaint is still unresolved and I want compensation on problem and wasting of resources or tell me how to file a case against the LG in consumer court.
