LG Plasma PQ70
No parts available even though product is under warranty and only 6 months from date of purchase

I have logged in a complaint with LG Service last Monday i.e: 15th November for my LG Plasma 50” PQ70 for repairs and the complain reference number is C10B1631042. The engineer visited and checked the problem. The part (power supply) has to be replaced and they said that the part has been requested by the service team member. I have been coordinating with service team for past 10 days and i keep getting the response that the part is not available and will take more time.
The product is just 6 months old and is under warranty. Infact, i have taken an extended warranty of 2 years also.
Please help to resolve this asap.
