This is to state that We have purchased LG product-Refrigerator on Feb in Rs. 30K in Ghaziabad. Right from the first year of purchasing, we are facing problems of im-proper cooling.
We have done complaint multiple times 28/05/08, 8/9/08, 1/1/10 for the same.

Problem- LG Refrigerator not cooling and permanent solution not given.
We are given silly solutions of using Vaccum cleaner and keeping Refri open for 2-3 days and then re-use.
We are highly dis-satisfied consumer of LG Product for given model of Refrigerator. Request permanent solution from LG talented pool of engineers for the product to make our life Good!!
