I bougth a referigerator LCD & Washing machine from Hometowm noida (in Gip) when company Deliverd The all Product at my house. we didnt open next day lg send their insolation man for intolation we open that time The referegerator is in Dameg Condition at That time i told the instolation boy that i want to replace now but he sudggest that plz. give me all photocopy of the referegerator i will sen u new rep. ferez i bougth on 12 dec.2010 still dated 11 feb no body come to replace i made so many complain in home town & LG customer Care Also But Nobody give Any resolution i talk to all Head of Lg On my heand Mr. Manish Gupta mr. Ranjan Ms. Vaisali they all are lg employes but they all are layer they all are not doing anything they don't have any mennar how to talk to like a customer specialy mr.
