SEE THE NO OF TIMES WE REVIVED THE ORIGENAL MESSAGES FROM YOUR SERVICE STATION . NO OF TIME I COMPLAINED FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE FOR THE COMPLAIN.PURCHASE DATE IS 16-04 MOD- NO. GL-241NMS 912 APKW016013. Referizerator is full of water inside, all the things are getting spoiled, not able to use freezer because it is fully covered by ice all the time. Two times replaced thermostat. Since from last one and half months they r doing nothing. How long time it will take. Service center head is not responding. When i reminded them again on 26-09-11 he said your freez is working fine means MEANS THAT NOT AT ALL KNOWING ABOUT THE PROCESS STATE.THIS KIND OF RESPONSE IS GIVING TROUBLE TO THE CUSTOMER.NOT AT ALL WORKING.VERY MUCH TIRED WITH PUTTING DAILY COMPLAIN.STILL THER IS NO PROPER ACTION.
