LG refigerator
No Repair/Replacement even after 2 weeks

I Bought a LG refrigerator in year 2009.I complained with LG for a Faulty refrigerator last week. Complaint Number: RNA110516099160..After two days an Engineer came and told us that the compressor is giving problems and he would change the compressor the next day. Since then no one has come to get it repaired. I heard the service from LG is good and this is what we get. No refrigerator in 44 temp and pathetic service from you people. I should have heard others and should have bought Samsung. Please look into the matter or else i have to complaint to your senior authorities..

I Have already sent email to LG customer care and called like 5-6 times..
