DEFECT IN DOOR

Dear Sir,

My self Ghanshyam Katchhi, i have complaint regarding my refriderator that there is a some defect on door, i have already done a complaint to M/s. Rahul Electronics on dated : 25th Sept & 2 times the concerned person had came & taken the report but till now there is no any action from the companies side. so kindly take corrective action as soon as possible.
