No response from customercare/service engg

Electronics and household app.

Its been 4 days now since I have raised the request for repair of my refrigerator and made umpteen calls to LG customer care #s but still have not got any response from any service eng. The request was placed on 10th June with request Id RNA11061003846 and escalated this issue on 12th June when no one contacted. Every time I call customer care, they tell me that the manager or service eng is going to get in touch. Till now there is no one apart from the demo eng who has called and told us that he is not the right person for the same. I am not sure if this is LGs way of treating a customer who is already trapped once they have bought the product.

There is no escalation mechanism, any help in terms of taking this messg to senior officials in LG will be appreciated. Also need to know how fast these matters get settled in consumer courts.
