No Response for 4 complaints of Damaged Parts covered in Warranty

The White Plastic Base of the Vegetable tray in the Double Door Refrigerator is damaged & has Cracked Badly. Also the Gasget bordering the Door is in damaged condition, due to which the is lower cooling than what should be there. There has been 4-5 complaints to LG customer care but there has been no response in this regard. Their People just visit, report the complaint & then nothing happens. Their people have also taken the photographs of the damages mentioned above.

Kindly Help in settling the matter as soon as possible.
