Defective refrigerator sent, and service from last 3 weeks

I bought a fridge from LG, The fridge I recieved was not working from first day, it was not cooling at al. Dealer told to go for repair they hold no responsibility once Refrigerator leaves their premises. (but they dont show you that refrigerator they are sending would be in perfect and active). Somehow I got replacement after 10 days.

NEw piece they sent it came with broken door, no one came for demo or installation for two weeks, I called local service centres in mohali, but didnt recieve nay response. I Called to CALL centre and register complaint. complaint number "c1041023344". Nothing happened for 405 days and then i recieved a message that request is closed.

I dont understand meaning of service. Once companies sell thier product and recieve money, they forget the customer.

I dont know what to do .. except keep calling the call centre.
