LG - Refrigerator
Poor services

I have LG refrigerator purchased in the year 2005. The fridge had a minor problem of not cooling..the complaint was registered against the same. Though the company say we provide 24 hours service... but had to make almost 20-30 calls..and then after 48 hours an engineer was sent. He did his work and went ..and as soon as he went the fridge had the same problem again.. The complaint was made again..n further making 30 more calls an engineer was sent to repair... the problem this time was with the compressor... and u'll have to believe that the compressor was changed n today is just the 3rd day..that my fridge is again not cooling. We have already lodged the complaint..n made several calls... but no result. It is more than 24 hrs..n no one has consulted us so far...

If these are the kind of services provided by these people..then i must say..life is not good with LG... its even worst.
