LG Refrigerator
Very Poor service

I purchased LG 200ltrs IntelloCool refrigerator in 2009 & right now there is one plastic basket in rear part of fridge, where water is collected when you defrost d fridge & one side of it is braken, so I called customer care & technician came on d same day, but after that diagnose he didn't come and when I called him he told me that the part was not available in office, If LG is not able to provide that part then why should they have to make production of LG refridgerator, very poor service... I never recommend to any relative to buy it...
