No action taken against the complaint

I had made a complaint regarding refrigerator on 15th April’11 vide complaint number RNA110515042080, wherein no action is been taken till yet, no engineer visit happened, however after escalating it at Call centre I got a confirmation call around 12.30pm today, wherein I have been committed that today @ 4 pm somebody will visit to my place.

Also I got the contact number of Mr. Shubhankar (ASM) from the call centre floor supervisor Mr. Devendra that I can contact him also for service support but unfortunately Mr. Shubhankar is least concerned about the service support, I tried his number throughout the day at least minimum of 15 times even messaged him but no response, neither he picked up my call nor he called me back.
