We are one of the leading FMCG Company in India called M/s Argus Cosmetics Ltd., manufacturing and marketing men's cosmetics in the brand name "Z". We have ordered the following items from M/s LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd., thru their Area Manager - Business Solution, Mr. S Venkataramanan on 09.02.2011 and we have paid Rs.5, 75, 645/- towards the cost of the items in advance alongwith the Purchase Order. Mr. Venkataramanan committed that all the items will be delivered to the respective parties within 21 days.

Mr. Venkataramanan has delivered the items to all the parties except for 1party in Kottayam. We are trying to reach Mr. Venkataramanan for th past 2 months and we are not getting proper response from him. Due to this delay we have faced loss to a quantum of Rs.15.0 lacs in our business and we have been illtreated by LG Company.

We need a remedy immediately and an action in this regard.
