Sir i m a customer of ur product (LG refrigerators)... i have purchased refrigerator in 2006.. and from that time i m facing regular problems in my refrigerator... i have lodge complaint at service centre in kota (rajasthan) by complaint no. RNA110524020653... they are sending there engineers with no reason .. they come twice just to check the refrigerator... the first engineer had full knowledge of our fridge still the second engineer comes... now they are not picking our phones and they are not responding to our calls... i have purchased my refrigerator by name PRAKASH BAI JAIN.. address:- 1-DHA-2 Dadabari kota rajasthan... please pay attention to my problem and oblidge me... otherwise i have no options left other then to go to consumer court for the inconvinience happening to us... waiting for ur respond...
