Compressor gas leakage

I have purchased refrigerator from Urmi electronics Naupada Thane (West). Bill no. 27961 Dtd.4.4.2011

Since last one month several compliant have been made verbally as well as visiting them 3 to 4 times they have made promises that they will rectify the problem.but they have done more damage to the body of the refrigerator by sending local service person who has welded and spoil the body.but still now the problem is not solved and it is in unworking stage since one month.
