LG Refrigerator
Fridge not giving colling at all

I purchased LG Fridge in April and from that only there is cooling probelm in Fridge. It takes almost 7 hrs to cool the water and ice freezing takes same time. LG fridge is not good at all. I called customer care and registered ccomplint several time and also talked to distributor in chatarpur enclave (Sunny Electronic) but my probelm is not rectfied even after 3 months. i want action action the company. please advise.
