We purchased an LG refrigerator (product no: GL-308VSX5) in Kanpur on 3rd November from Richa Electronics, Kanpur, Bill No: 844. The refrigerator is facing problem as the vegetables do not keep fresh and there is ice accumulated in the fresh basket. The customer care representative has visited the place and is giving false excuses. The water in the normal section freezes and this was told to the person also.
Please look into the matter and have the same resolved.
