Door change

I am a retailer and selling lg refrigerator which are purchased from local market. I had stock complain about door change but the servicing center, krishnagar refused to do so as I didn't purchased it from their krishnagar distributor. how could they say that as they are coy.servicing center and the product I selling is also same. Is the product I am selling does not belongs to their manufacturing or the servicing center is an advertiser of that distributor. Your early reply is very much required.
